Affiliate Terms and Conditions

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Viral Script Writer (DBA Brands Meet Creators) (“VSW,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers an affiliate program that pays 75 % commission on the net sale price of qualifying purchases made through your unique tracking link. By applying for, joining, or participating in the program, you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”).

• ELIGIBILITY & ENROLLMENT
  • Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Application Review: We may accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. Sites containing illegal, hateful, violent, or adult content will be rejected.
  • Account Accuracy: All information you provide must be truthful and kept current.

  
  

• COMMISSION STRUCTURE
  • Rate: 75 % of the net product price (after coupons, chargebacks, taxes, or refunds)
  • Attribution Window: 30-day first-click cookie (unless we announce otherwise)
  • Lock Period: 30 days after the sale date to allow for returns or fraud checks
  • Payout Schedule: Monthly, on or before the 15th, for commissions earned in the previous calendar month
  • Minimum Balance: US $50 (unpaid amounts roll over)
  • Payment Method: PayPal (default) or ACH/wire for U.S. bank accounts; any transfer fees are deducted from your payout

  
  

• QUALIFYING SALES & TRACKING
  • Orders must be completed through your unique referral link.
  • Self-purchases and bulk coupon abuse are not commissionable.
  • We rely on first-party tracking cookies; clearing cookies, incognito browsing, or ad blockers may interfere with tracking and void commissions.

  
  

• APPROVED PROMOTIONAL METHODS
  • Content Marketing: Blogs, reviews, tutorials, email newsletters (opt-in lists only).
  • Social Media: Organic posts on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc., provided you follow platform rules and add an FTC-compliant disclosure such as “#ad” or “(paid link)”.
  • Paid Ads: Allowed on Google, Meta, TikTok, etc., except you may not bid on our branded keywords (“Viral Script Writer,” “theviralscriptwriter.com”) or use misleading ad copy.
  • Coupons & Deals: You may use only official coupons provided in the affiliate dashboard.

  
  

• PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
  • Spamming (email, social, forum, or SMS).
  • Misleading or deceptive claims (e.g., guaranteed earnings).
  • Cookie-stuffing, forced clicks, or iframe hijacking.
  • Posting your affiliate link on coupon sites without authorization.
  • Impersonating VSW in ads, customer support, or domain names.

  • Violations may result in reversed commissions and immediate termination.

    
    

• COMPLIANCE & DISCLOSURES
  You must comply with:
  • FTC Endorsement Guidelines (clear, conspicuous disclosure of the affiliate relationship).
  • All data-protection laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
  • VSW trademark and brand guidelines; use only creatives we supply and do not alter them.

  
  

• INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
  All content, products, and materials provided by VSW remain our exclusive property. We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free license to use approved creatives solely for compliant promotional activities.

  
  

• TERM & TERMINATION
  • Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
  • Upon termination, you must remove all VSW links and trademarks within 7 days. Valid commissions accrued before termination will be paid per Section 3, provided no fraud is detected.

  
  

• RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES
  Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, joint-venture, agency, or franchise relationship. You are an independent contractor responsible for your own taxes and obligations.

  
  

• LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
  VSW will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits) arising from this Agreement. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the preceding six months.

  
  

• MODIFICATION
  We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced via the affiliate dashboard or email at least 7 days in advance whenever reasonably possible.

  
  

• GOVERNING LAW
  This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for any dispute shall lie exclusively in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

  
  

• ACCEPTANCE
  By submitting an application, or otherwise participating in the program, you certify that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
